Trails and Industry CAN co-exist!

My wife and I walked most of the length of the Astoria trail. I would like to add that besides trails and industry coexisting, that there is also an historic trolley that runs up and down the line, which railfans may recognize through that coat of paint as car 300, the 1913 Brill trolley car that used to run on the Willamette Shore Trolley line.

Anyway, the main point is that even multiple modes of transportation on a trail through a business and industrial area can be successful
